We do not usually re-stock items that have sold out unless we decide to give our customers another chance to get what they really like, so there will be a slight chance but with no guaranteed. In the cases when we release limited edition items, It will be less likely to be re run.
We have a detailed sizing chart listed with every item. You can use the sizing guide to measure similar items you have at home and compare these measurements. Please be aware of the fabric make up of an item when you are purchasing.
If you are purchasing a more rigid fabric it will feel to fit much tighter even though the measurements are true to specification. Duties and sales taxes are import charges that are a part of government policy for your country. Your country will dictate the charges that are payable by the consumer when importing foreign goods. When purchasing online, the government collects that tax on the way into the country - the seller has not paid them the sales tax because the state of origin is different from the state of destination. Duties are a government charge for importing goods from a foreign place. These are in place as a disincentive to purchase offshore made goods and encourage local spending. Therefore, this charge is the responsibility of the customer (importer) and not Dr Mister (exporter).
All online orders placed during business days are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. As for orders placed after 12pm on Friday or during the weekend, please allow the order to be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery time is measured from when your order is dispatched and does not include any hold ups that may occur due to local custom procedures. Kindly make sure there there is someone to collect the parcel from your doorstep to avoid any delay.

We accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer(Public Bank), Billplz (FPX online transfer) and Paypal for all the local orders. As for International Order, Paypal is the only option for payment.

You must return your item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. The return must come back in retail quality - unwashed, unworn and with original tags. Please note, that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If your return does not meet our requirements, we will let you know and you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping to receive the garment again.
On sale item will not be accepted for any returns or exchanges.
In the case of faulty items, you can receive a refund. Faulty items must be sent back to Dr Mister, and we will approve the fault before issuing a credit or refund inclusive of the shipping fees.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Any exchanges will be sent back to you FREE of charge.
If the item being returned is faulty Dr Mister will credit a standard cost of shipping back to the customer. We recommend using an economy post service.
We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure.
We will not return a product for faulty if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if it the product was damaged whilst being used in a way that it was not intended. The intention of use is at the discretion of Dr Mister and will be judged in a reasonable way.
When you return an item, you will be credited for the value of the item you have returned. Normal shipping charges will apply when ordering a new item.
However, any duties and taxes due on delivery will be payable by the customer. These are charged by your local customs authority and are not in the control of Dr Mister
