Operation Assistant
- Package items for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements, Responsible to load, unload, pick & pack stock items.
- Inspect products for defects and damages before packaging.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation on all packaging process.
- Communicating and cooperating with the Manager and co-workers.
- Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimizing space utilization.
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products (retrieve, unload, label, store).
- Manage Logistics: Coordinate all logistics to ensure operations run smoothly. This includes inventory management, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with other departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Implement efficient stock management strategies to reduce inconsistencies and ensure adequate supply levels to fulfill demand.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise as needed, and coordinate with the purchasing department for inventory management.
- Understand that this is a physical role which requires lifting boxes that can range from 1kg - 30kgs

Part Time/ Full Time Retail Assistant (Mount Austin)
- Passionate about providing customers with excellent customer service, product knowledge, and expertise in retail stores.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's products, including materials, fits, and pricing.
- Proactively approach clients to inform them of new arrivals, promotions, and personalized recommendations.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to design eye-catching displays that highlight the newest fashion trends.
- Respond to customer concerns or issues regarding fashion choices with professionalism and understanding.
- Work with the customer service team to guarantee a pleasant purchasing experience.
- Suggestions for additional products or accessories that match the clients' chosen outfits.
- Meet sales goals by employing effective upselling and cross-selling methods.
- Collaborate with the Operation team to create appealing product displays that attract and engage customers.
- Maintaining high standard of customer services by handling all inquiries/ feedbacks, refunds and etc in a timely manner.
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

Fashion/Graphic Designer
- Create aesthetically appealing and on-brand visuals for a variety of marketing products, including social media postings, websites, email campaigns, print materials, and packaging.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company's brand identity through creative design solutions, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product photos for online and offline marketing materials, ensuring the highest visual standards.
- Design captivating visuals for digital advertising campaigns including banner ads, social media ads, and email campaigns.
- Design engaging social media graphics, infographics, and interactive content to drive audience engagement.
- Ensure the quality and

- Stay informed about design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Capable of conceptualise, develop, manage and coordinate a full marketing campaign or activities includes social media, products launches, sales promotion and all marketing related activities.
- Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video) that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Capable to analyse and evaluate data on campaign effectiveness.
- Writing and proof reading creative copy & press releases.
- To liaise and build public relations with the media to deliver and achieve maximum exposure for all marketing activities.
