With more than 30 years of craftsmanship behind them, these aunties were the ones who helped create the very first sample we ever made. Long before DR MISTER became what it is today, they believed in our ideas and brought them to life—one stitch at a time. From that very first sample to countless collections over the years, their dedication, precision, and care have quietly shaped the story of DR MISTER.

This year, they decided it was time to retire.

As the years passed, time quietly took its toll. The hands that once brought countless ideas to life have grown tired. The legs that stood faithfully through every production run are no longer as strong. And the backs that carried decades of craftsmanship have finally earned the rest they deserve.

These are the final batch of tees they ever produced for us, and we wanted to honour their legacy in the best way we know how.

The design carries the words:

"Some stars were never meant to be seen. Yet without them, nothing finds its way."

To us, these aunties were those stars. They never stood in the spotlight, yet they were always there—supporting our journey, believing in our ideas, and helping us deliver the best to our Thinkers.

Tyge drawing a star represents the belief that some things are written in the stars. Meeting these incredible aunties was one of them. After decades of dedication, this design marks the closing chapter of a remarkable journey and celebrates a legacy that will continue to live on through every piece they helped create.

Alongside the tribute tee, we're also introducing the new “Tyge” Sigil Tyvek Sling Bag.
